An Ordinance approving the Mayor’s application with the Legislative authority of the City of Amherst, Ohio to designate certain property within the City as an outdoor refreshment area in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 4301.82 and establishing requirements necessary to ensure public health and safety within such area; and declaring an emergency.

7A. An Ordinance amending City of Amherst Ordinance No. O-22-06 creating a training/transitional employment position within the Auditor’s Office of The City of Amherst, Ohio and repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith. (A-23-28)

7B. A Resolution recognizing small business owners within the Historic Downtown Area of the City of Amherst that have operated and supported our community for over 25 years; and declaring an emergency.
