6. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS FIRST READING:
(a) An Ordinance amending certain provisions of Amherst Codified Ordinances Chapter 121, Section 121.04, Standing Rules of Council. (A-19-05)
(b) An Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Amherst, State of Ohio, during the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2019, and repealing all Ordinances in conflict herewith. (A-19-10)
(c) An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Safety/Service Director to solicit bids for the 2019 Street Rehabilitation Program and authorizing and directing the Safety/Service Director to award the contract for such work to the lowerst responsive and responsible bidder; and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for professional services with Bramhall Engineering and Surveying Company relating to such program; and declaring an emergency. (A-19-11)
