(a) An Ordinance authorizing the increase in appropriations for Debt Payments due to bond refinancing and changes in the amortization schedules. (A-19-18)
(b) An ordinance authorizing the City of Amherst Community Improvement Corporation, acting as agent for the City, to negotiate the terms for the purpose of selling the City’s 69kV facilities to American Municipal Power, Inc. (AMP) for the net book value in order to modernize the facilities within the City by adding an additional delivery point to improve reliability of the City’s electric system; and declaring an emergency. (A-19-19)
