(a) A Resolution to adopt the Solid Waste Management Plan for the Lorain County Solid Waste Management District. (A-19-26)

(b) An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Safety Service Director to submit an application to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for Assistance to Firefighters Grant Funds for the Year 2019 for the Upgrade of Vehicle Extrication Equipment; and declaring an emergency. (A-19-27)

(c) An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Safety Service Director to submit an application for the Award of Emergency Medical Services Grant Funds for the Year 2019 for the purchase of EMS equipment; and declaring an emergency. (A-19-28)
