A-24-26 Streets The Amherst Historical Society is requesting a partial street vacation of the northern 213’-218’ portion of Jefferson Steet from the northern property line of 149 Jefferson Street (PP No. 05-00-003-112-005) north to railroad property (PP No. 05-00-003-500-001) owned by Pennsylvania Lines LLC. The City shall reserve all rights for utilities within the vacated portion of Jefferson Street as a perpetual easement.
