7. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS FIRST READING:

(a) A Resolution authorizing the re-appointment by City Council of two members of the Municipal Income Tax Local Board of Tax Review for two year terms commencing January 1, 2020; and declaring an emergency. (A-19-44)

(b) An Ordinance authorizing the Treasurer to enter into a depository agreement with U. S. Bank for the City’s funds; and declaring an emergency. (A-19-45)

(c) An Ordinance authorizing the Treasurer to enter into a depository agreement with North West Bank for the City’s funds; and declaring an emergency. (A-19-46)

(d) A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. (A-19-47)
