6.(a) An Ordinance amending City of Amherst Ordinance No. 0-15-40 establishing the wage rates and benefits, terms and other conditions of employment for certain full-time non-bargaining unit employees of the City of Amherst, repealing all Ordinances in conflict therewith; and declaring an emergency. 6.(b) An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Safey/Service director to solicit bids to trim trees (on a unit basis) in the City for the year 2026 at a cost not to exceed $95,000.00; and authorizing and directing the Safety Service Director to award the contract for such work to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. 7.(a) An Ordinance approving the form of, and authorizing the Mayor to execute, the Potomac Energy Center Schedule with American Municipal Power, Inc. and further authorizing the taking of other actions in connection therewith (A-26-10)
