6.(a) An Ordinance amending City of Amherst Ordinance No. O-23-29 approving the Mayor’s application with the legislative authority of the City of Amherst, Ohio to designate certain property within the City as an Outdoor Refreshment Area in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 4301.82 and establishing requirements necessary to ensure public health and safety within such area and repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith.
