6. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS FIRST READING:
a) An Ordinance authorizing the City of Amherst Law Director to employ members of O’Toole McLaughlin, Dooley & Pecora, Co, L.P.A. to negotiate the terms of and draft legislation creating tax increment financing incentive districts in the city; and declaring an emergency. (A-20-06)
b) An Ordinance authorizing the Safety Service Director to Solicit Bids for the Acquisition of a 2020 Chevrolet 5500XD Chassis Cab and authorizing and directing the Safety Service Director to award the contract for such vehicle to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; authorizing the Safety Service Director to enter into a contract to purchase a new dump truck and plow package for the Street Department; and declaring an emergency (A-20-07)
