7. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS FIRST READING:

(a) A Resolution declaring the necessity for public sidewalk repair and replacement and authorizing and directing the Safety Service Director to award a contract for such repair and replacement of public sidewalks to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder at a cost to the City not to exceed $200,000.00; and declaring an emergency. (A-20-15)

(b) An Ordinance authorizing the City of Amherst, Ohio to accept a bequest in the amount of $50,000 and use such funds in the manner specified for improvements at Anna Schmauch Pool; and declaring an emergency. (A-20-16)
